Under the European Union’s Special Framework of Assistance (SFA) 2004 and in collaboration with the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica, DEXIA was awarded a Grant Contract amounting to EC$3.8 Million to implement a Private Sector Development Programme referred to as the Business Gateway Over a 36 month period.

This Programme is aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of the Private Sector in Dominica, through an innovative programme of business support services.
